Every Point is backed on a secure on-chain ledger (1,000 Points = 1 $PC). Points live only on your PG Balance — never on your PGAI Wallet or a Connected wallet.
Your PGAI Wallet is truly yours — so you can always take it out to any other wallet. But we will never pull an outside wallet's secret in. That protects you: your other wallets' keys never touch us.

There is no "paste your secret seed phrase" screen anywhere in any Pentagon app — on purpose, forever. Here's how a second device gets your wallet instead:
The device that already has your wallet gets a request to approve — nothing happens without it.
Both screens show the same 4-digit code; tap the matching one, just like Google's device sign-in. If they don't match, someone's in the middle — reject.
The wallet moves straight between your two devices. Our relay only ever carries scrambled data it can't read, and it self-destructs within minutes.
A web page shares its space with the site and every extension on that machine, so both of these are deliberately lightweight — but they're light in different ways:
In a plain browser tab, your account is session-only: nothing is saved to the computer, and closing the tab removes it — the right behaviour for a machine you might not own.
Inside Telegram, your encrypted account is kept in your Telegram cloud storage instead — sealed under your password so Telegram can't open it, and following your Telegram login so it's there on your other devices. Prefer nothing stored at all? Switch to session-only in Settings.
Either way, both are windows, not vaults: they're moving to a model where bigger actions get approved by your phone, the way internet banking asks your mobile app to confirm a payment. rolling out
This is true of every browser wallet, not just ours — it's why the well-known ones are extensions, not websites. For anything serious, use the mobile app.
For everyday play you barely need to think about this — your Points live on your PG Balance, which Pentagon safe-keeps for you. This part only matters once you use your PGAI Wallet's own recovery phrase, and it comes down to one simple habit: keep it safe.
When you create your wallet, write the phrase down and keep it somewhere safe and private. It is the master key.
Not with us, not with support, not with anyone. Pentagon will never DM you or ask for your phrase — ever.
Because your apps sync automatically, you normally never need to touch the phrase after backup.
Exporting your phrase to another app is for advanced users. If you're not sure, you don't need to.
Because only you ever hold it, no one — including Pentagon — can recover your PGAI Wallet for you. There is no “reset password” for a self-custody wallet. Back it up, keep it safe, and never export it unless you fully understand the risk.
Pentagon AI is an update to the PenXR app — same app, not a new install. What your old PG Connected wallet becomes depends on how you got it:
If the PenXR app generated the wallet and showed you a recovery phrase, it carries over — same address, same recovery phrase. It's now your PGAI Wallet.
If you pasted in a key or seed from MetaMask or similar, Pentagon AI never holds keys used on other chains. You keep full control in your original wallet; here you can see it, but you keep signing yourself.
In one line: if Pentagon made the wallet for you, it comes with you. If you brought it from somewhere else, it stays yours — we just show it, and you keep signing with your own wallet.
On first open, the app finds your existing PenXR account on the device and asks you to sign in to your Pentagon Games account first. It shows the email(s) it found — you pick yours; nothing is typed in.
Your recovery phrase is re-encrypted under a stronger password you choose — a genuine security improvement over the original PenXR setup, so it's worth doing carefully.
Your address, balance, NFTs and history stay exactly the same.
• If you uninstalled PenXR at any point, its wallet was removed from that phone along with the app. Your written recovery phrase is how you restore it (device backups usually don't include it), so have it handy before you begin.
• Back up your recovery phrase during the upgrade. It's good practice for any self-custody wallet — and especially worth doing if you hold a larger balance, where you may also prefer to start fresh on a newly created wallet.
• Imported a wallet into PenXR? Make sure you still have its recovery phrase or private key saved somewhere else before you upgrade or reinstall. Pentagon AI shows imported wallets as watch-only — it doesn’t hold or manage their keys — so your own copy is what you’ll rely on.
• You only ever have ONE PGAI Wallet. Creating a new one replaces the registered one — the old one isn't deleted, but Pentagon stops routing to it, and whatever's left is only reachable from a device that still has it or from its recovery phrase. The app warns you and requires a tick-box first.
We renamed things so the words match who holds the keys: a Wallet is yours, a Balance is one we manage for you. The old names blurred that line.

Same wallet, three ways in. Pick whatever's handy — they all sync together.
Which is safest? The mobile app is the strongest — your keys live in the device's secure keystore and unlock with biometrics. The browser extension is also strong: it runs in its own isolated space. The Browser / Telegram web client is the lightest by design — a web page shares its space with the site and any browser extensions — so it defaults to session-only and shows a banking-style caution when you use it.
