Design card sets, keywords and formats
Run simulations (with our game-sim agents) to test balance at scale
Plan releases across digital and printed editions
Work with art and narrative on each set's identity

What you'll bring

Published card-game design (digital or physical)
Strong systems thinking and comfort with probabilities
Experience with playtesting and iteration
Interest in AI-driven simulation

Nice to have

Organised play or tournament experience

You will work alongside our own AI agents every day: they draft, test, research and ship with you, and part of your job is making them better.

Remote · Taiwan · Hong Kong · Singapore · Dubai (housing benefit) · Toronto. Full-time. We work remote-first with offices in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai and Toronto; Dubai roles include a housing benefit.
