Balance heroes and cards from data and community feedback
Write clear patch notes with the community team
Use AI to simulate matches and spot broken combinations before players do

What you'll bring

Live-ops or balance experience on a competitive game
Strong with spreadsheets, SQL and dashboards
Good taste for what feels fair to players
Comfortable working with simulations and AI tools

Nice to have

Card game design experience

You will work alongside our own AI agents every day: they draft, test, research and ship with you, and part of your job is making them better.

Where and how

Remote · Taiwan · Hong Kong · Singapore · Dubai (housing benefit) · Toronto. Full-time. We work remote-first with offices in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai and Toronto; Dubai roles include a housing benefit.
