What you'll do

Run the training rounds: data curation, fine-tuning, evaluation and release
Build the pipelines that turn reviewed community Q&A into training data
Keep POCA accurate on product facts and safe on topics it must not answer
Work with the Train community and moderators on what POCA learns next

What you'll bring

Hands-on fine-tuning of open models (LoRA or full) and the evals around it
Strong Python and data engineering
Care about data quality, privacy and provenance
You can explain a model change to non-engineers

Nice to have

RAG and knowledge-base design
Multilingual models (Chinese, Arabic)

You will work alongside our own AI agents every day: they draft, test, research and ship with you, and part of your job is making them better.

Where and how

Remote · Taiwan · Hong Kong · Singapore · Dubai (housing benefit) · Toronto. Full-time. We work remote-first with offices in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai and Toronto; Dubai roles include a housing benefit.
